FMI Tutoring Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation:
In order to maintain a high level of quality for all of our clients, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tutoring session, you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled session. If you cancel after 48 hours of your scheduled session, you will forfeit your tutor session.
Rescheduling:
You will only be limited to 1 reschedule. After that rescheduled session, you will forfeit your tutor session.
Expiration of services:
You must use your session within 6 months of purchase or receipt. This ensures that our tutors are always fresh and up-to-date on the latest information.
